This exquisite two bedroom apartment is located in the quietest part o Principe Real but close enough for a short walk to restaurants and night life, has been stylishly decorated and furnished. Perfect for small family or friends.

The house is 60m2 and include two bedroom, a living room (TV, Hi-Fi and wi-fi)), a complete kitchen with all you need and a bathroom with a shower.

2 minutes walk, from Amália Rodrigues and Cience museum and has many bars, restaurants and coffee shops where you can sample the local cuisine and take in the culture.

We will welcome you with a bottle of good Portuguese wine on your arrival and personnally tell you all the hints for a great holiday experience in Lisbon.

Location

This attractive neighborhood (named "Royal Prince" in honor of Queen Maria II's first born in 1859) extends north of Bairro Altoand although it was once only known for its antique shops and gay bars, it's now slowly becoming a serious shopping area.

Despite that, it remains essentially a residential district, filled with gardens, a couple of the city's most tranquil squares, and colorful mansions.

The abundant charm has turned it into one of the most sought-after areas to live in the city, and real estate companies have taken notice.

Down the hill is the small neighborhood of São Bento, known for the neoclassical Parliament building and more antique shops down Rua de São Bento.

Booking

During July and August all bookings must start and end on Saturday. The rest of the year the day of arrival and departure is flexible.

To secure booking confirmation a non-returnable deposit of 40% of rental rate is required. Full fee is payable in 15 days advance before the arrival day and a returnable damage deposit of 150€ is required on arrival.

Payments can be done by bank transfer, paypal and cash. All details are given by e-mail at the moment of booking.

The house is cleaned before arrivals and on two weeks booking or more a mid term clean and linen change will be included in the rental price. Extra cleaning service 25.00€ / hour.

Guests can arrive any time after 3 pm on the arrival day and must leave before 11 am on the departure day. A later check-out time may be possible on request.

All prices are shown in Euros and payments must be made in the same currency.
